Clam is made from aluminium sheet with a content that is 75% to 100% recycled. Currently only 31% of scrap aluminium is recycled as much of it is uneconomic to access. Clam is designed so that it can be easily disassembled for future recycling Clam is manufactured using pressing which is a quick clean and energy efficient process.

Clam is a pendant light with 12 individual light sources it is formed from 36 individual pieces and is manufactured from polished aluminium sheet. It measures approximately 500mm diameter.
